Who we are
AI Capital Wire is an independent financial analysis publication operating at aicapitalwire.com. For any privacy question, including a request to access or delete your data, write to giladvisory@proton.me. We are the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names, addresses or payment details. Two categories of data reach us:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamp of each request. These logs exist to keep the site running and to detect abuse, and are retained for a short period before deletion.
- Data collected by third parties. Advertising and analytics vendors set their own cookies and identifiers when you load a page. That data goes to them, not to us, and is governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and advertising
This site is monetised with Google AdSense. Google is a third-party vendor and uses cookies to serve advertising.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick DART cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on this site and may use cookies or web beacons to measure their effectiveness.
- We do not control these cookies, and we never pass personally identifiable information to advertisers.
You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, opt out of participating vendors at aboutads.info, and read how Google uses data at Google’s partner sites policy. Blocking cookies in your browser also works; the site remains fully readable without them.
Advertising and analytics storage are set to denied by default on every page load, for every visitor, before any Google script runs. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you will see Google’s consent message on your first visit; nothing is stored on your device for advertising purposes unless and until you accept it, and you can change your answer at any time from the link in that message.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. Under the CCPA, California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and may opt out of its sale — we do not sell personal information. Children
This site is written for adult investors and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
